Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated and passionate 5th Grade ELL (English Language Learners) Teacher to work onsite with a partner schoolin Philadelphia, PA for the 20252026 school year. This is a contract position offering consistent support, competitive pay, and excellent benefits.
Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging ELL instruction aligned with grade-level standards
Provide differentiated support based on individual student language proficiency levels
Collaborate with general education teachers and school staff to support student success
Maintain accurate records of student progress and assessments
Participate in professional development and school-based meetings
Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and administrators regarding student progress
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Education or a related field (Masters preferred)
Valid Pennsylvania teaching certification with ESL endorsement
Previous experience teaching English Language Learners at the elementary level preferred
Strong classroom management and communication skills
Ability to work onsite full-time for the duration of the school year
