Job Description

We are seeking 2-3 Assembly Line Workers to become an integral part of our team! You will perform assembly line tasks as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Work with a team to assemble entire products or components
• Rotate through tasks for specific production processes
• Conduct quality inspections on products and parts
• Prepare finished products for shipment
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area
• Complete all work process steps for each cell on a knife assembly line.
• Training will be provided to develop and assess proficiency and competency to meet quality standards.
• General shop maintenance and cleaning
• Machine and cell maintenance
• Inventory
• Order processing
• Shipment unloading or loading
• Shipment drop-off as required – standard milage rates will apply
• Local errands – standard milage rates will apply
• Support local and regional trade shows, tournaments, charity events etc. as necessary

Qualifications:

• No previous experience required
• Familiarity with assembly tools and equipment is helpful but not required
• Ability to handle physical workload to include lifting up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work well as a team member
• Speak and understand English (This is not an English only business, but for safety and productivity employees must be able to communicate in English)
