Associate Dentist

Location: Monroe, LA

Schedule: Full-Time, 4 Days Per Week

Earning Potential: $350,000 to $500,000+ Annually

A reputable, privately owned dental group with five thriving locations in North Louisiana is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist for its Monroe office. This role is ideal for a motivated dentist looking to grow their income and clinical skills without the pressure of managing a practice.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry to a diverse patient base
• Focus on high-quality, efficient, and patient-centered care
• Collaborate with experienced clinical and administrative staff
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to best practices in dental care
• Participate in a team-oriented, growth-focused environment

Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active Louisiana dental license or ability to obtain one within 6 weeks
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred, but new grads are welcome
• Proficiency in restorative, surgical, endodontic, and pediatric procedures is a plus
• Strong communication skills, team-oriented attitude, and a commitment to excellence

Compensation and Benefits:

• Annual earning potential of $350,000 to $500,000+
• Guaranteed daily minimum plus 30% of production
• $10,000 to $15,000 in sign-on or relocation bonuses
