Job Summary: The Director of Bloom Hospice Clinical Services will play a pivotal role in leading and overseeing the clinical operations of our organization. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance clinical services.
Responsibilities: - Clinical Leadership:
- Provide strategic direction and leadership for all clinical services within the organization.
- Collaborate with medical professionals and department heads to ensure effective communication and coordination of patient care.
- Implement evidence-based practices to enhance the quality and safety of clinical services.
- Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and mentor clinical staff members, including nurses, physicians, and support staff.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages professional development and growth.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Quality Improvement:
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Monitor and evaluate clinical processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.
- Strategic Planning:
- Contribute to the development and execution of strategic plans related to clinical services.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform decision-making.
- Resource Management:
- Optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency while maintaining high-quality patient care.
- Collaborate with the finance department to develop and manage the clinical services budget.
Qualifications: - 3+ years experience in similar role with proven success of leading others in a clinical setting
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
- Hospice experience preferred.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent healthcare professional.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a clinical setting.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive change, foster innovation, and achieve results.

The pay range for this role in the state of Colorado typically falls between $130,000-$145,000 annually with the potential for performance-based bonuses and other benefits. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, and location within the state.
