SNI Financial is continuing to grow and looking to hire a skilled Business Development & Recruiting Manager for their Chicagoland region. Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain new and existing clients within the Chicago market by introducing permanent staffing services our firm offers.
• Schedule meetings with current and potential clients via virtual, telephone, and in-person meetings
• Maintain existing business by building trust and collaborative partnerships
• Act as a recruiting partner to companies within the Chicago market on their finance, accounting, tax, and audit hiring needs.
• Negotiate contracts and fee arrangements
• Manage the full cycle recruiting process by sourcing, engaging, and interviewing finance & accounting candidates
• Present qualified candidates to clients for their open job requisitions
• Guide candidates through the interview process by providing insight & feedback
• Work in collaboration with clients to deliver offers to candidates
• Check candidate references
• Achieve individual sales & recruitment goals in a performance-based environment
• Ensure accuracy of data in the system

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a business development/sales focused role, preferably within the staffing industry
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to overcome objections
• Self-disciplined and ability to work independently without supervision
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to problem solving
• Previous experience meeting & exceeding performance targets
• Knowledge of general accounting & finance preferred
