Salary: Average $2,130 per week and up to $110,880+ per year (Performance Based)

Seeking experienced CDL-A Truck Drivers for a dedicated account based in Marengo, OH. This position offers excellent earning potential (up to $110k+ annually based on performance!), consistent weekly home time, and the stability of working with a major retail customer. This is a physically demanding role requiring 100% driver unload.

Compensation Package:

High Earning Potential: Average $2,130 per week ($110,880/year). Top performers can exceed this!
Pay Structure: $215 per day + $300 per trailer delivered.
Bonuses: $80/month Training/HOS/Safety Bonus.
Additional Pay: Breakdown Pay ($100 day).

Schedule & Home Time:

Home Time: Weekly 34-hour reset at home.
Work Schedule: 5.5-day work week.
Hometime Load: May be under a load during home time.

Route & Operations:

Dedicated Account: Consistent freight supporting stores.
Running Area: Primarily OH, KY, Eastern PA, IN, MI, Western NY, WV, Detroit.
Average Miles: 1400 miles per week.
Freight Handling: 100% Driver Touch Freight. Drivers are responsible for unloading retail goods at store locations (likely using rollers/conveyors).
Equipment: Sleeper Cab, 53' Dry Van trailers.

Requirements:

Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).
Minimum 12 months of verifiable CDL-A tractor-trailer driving experience.
Must be physically capable of unloading freight (100% touch freight).
Good driving record and work history.
Live within the designated hiring area.
