Job Description

Skills:

• 5-7+ years of Product Management Experience.
• Comprehensive understanding of a CRM platform, capabilities, and integrations; Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Salesforce.com experience required.
• Background in developing solutions supporting all aspects of the client lifecycle including Sales/Marketing, Pipeline Management, Servicing and Operations.
• Strong understanding of agile best practices and product development.
• Product experience in a financial institution/bank preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Proactive product manager to lead the agile team and manage the development work
• Collaborate with the agile team, write user stories, manage a backlog, as well as actively participate in the development process through daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, validation sessions, product release activities including UAT, quarterly planning, and other interactions.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and partners to understand business needs/objectives and clearly articulate requirements to the team.
• Communicate with key stakeholders, leaders, and management to ensure they are aligned, and their expectations are met with the product delivery.
• Collaborate with product leads and Technology to provide input to the roadmap.
