Fund Accountant – Operations, Accounting & Reporting
???? Salary Range: $110,000 – $140,000/year
Join a dynamic team managing a diverse investment portfolio across asset classes including equities, fixed income, real estate, hedge funds, and private investments.
What You’ll DoOversee monthly close processes, valuations, and reconciliations
Track investment activity (calls, distributions, fees)
Prepare performance reports and analytics (returns, benchmarks, attribution)
Support fund-level accounting and reporting for clients and donors
Prepare tax forms for charitable trusts
Collaborate across teams to drive operational excellence
Lead and support ad hoc projects and reporting requests
Bachelor’s degree in accounting
3+ years in public accounting or financial services
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Solid understanding of accounting workflows and tools
Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset
