You will bring in immediate revenue while laying the foundation for sustainable fundraising practices.We welcome candidates with diverse backgrounds in philanthropy, sales, or business developmentespecially those who are looking for impactful work beyond financial compensation.Key ResponsibilitiesImmediate Revenue Generation

• Identify and close new funding opportunities through individual donors, sponsorships, and campaigns.
• Quickly activate your existing network to bring in donations.
• Launch targeted campaigns focused on major gifts and rapid revenue growth.

Long-Term Fundraising Strategy

• Develop and lead a multi-year strategic fundraising roadmap aligned with organizational goals.
• Build scalable fundraising processes and pipelines from the ground up.

Donor Development and Stewardship

• Cultivate and grow meaningful relationships with existing and prospective donors.
• Design personalized donor engagement plans to strengthen long-term commitment.
• Oversee stewardship and recognition initiatives, including events and direct outreach.

Grants and Institutional Funding

• Research, write, and submit compelling grant applications to foundations, corporations, and government agencies.
• Manage timelines, reporting requirements, and impact metrics for funded projects.

Collaboration and Communication

• Partner with leadership to align fundraising goals with broader organizational strategy.
• Work closely with marketing and communications to amplify campaign reach.
• Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders and board members.

Data and Insights

• Use CRM and donor management tools to monitor performance and optimize results.
• Track metrics, forecast financials, and report outcomes regularly.

What You BringRequired Experience:

• 35+ years in fundraising, philanthropy, or sales with a proven track record of securing gifts or deals.
• Demonstrated success in generating revenue in high-stakes environments.
• Experience working independently and setting fundraising strategy.

Preferred:

• Prior experience in the nonprofit sector.
• Established donor network and/or professional Rolodex.
• Experience managing six-figure fundraising targets.
• Background in major gifts, grant funding, or corporate sponsorships.

Key Skills:

• Exceptional written and verbal communication.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management.
• Strategic thinker with excellent project management skills.
• High comfort with donor software, CRM tools, and performance tracking.
