Arrowmont School of Arts and Crafts is hiring for a full-time, seasonal FUNDRAISING EVENTS COORDINATOR. This role will be an integral part of our development and advancement team, charged with planning two critical fundraising events, including a gala and a golf tournament.

Requirements

The Fundraising Events Coordinator will help ensure Arrowmont meets its annual fundraising goals. The primary responsibility of this role is to plan and execute quality, high-yielding fundraising events, with the highest of standards throughout the process from pre-production to post-event. The Coordinator will manage event production including development and execution, operations, logistics, installations, and creative design concepts. Knowledge of experiential and integrated marketing, event technology and production, spatial design, vendor relations, fabrication, and POS systems is preferred. Excellent computer skills and proficiency is Microsoft Office programs required. The Coordinator will also be responsible for cultivating and soliciting a small portfolio of event donors. The position reports to the Director of Advancement and works closely with development team members. Arrowmont School of Arts and Crafts
