We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst I in Waterford, Michigan. As a Help Desk Analyst I, your role will involve providing support to end-users, managing incoming requests, and ensuring smooth hardware and software operations. You'll be a part of a vibrant team in the IT support industry, providing essential assistance and maintaining high levels of customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Provide basic Level 1 Helpdesk Support to end-users through various channels including calls, emails, and in person.
• Handle incoming requests effectively through triage and timely response.
• Manage device set-ups and conduct regular Windows updates to ensure optimal system performance.
• Utilize the ticketing system for tracking user requests, ensuring all issues are resolved in a timely manner.
• Carry out password resets as required, providing user assistance for seamless system operation.
• Offer support for Microsoft Teams and O365 applications, assisting users in maximizing their productivity.
• Oversee hardware and software issues including printer and phone support.
• Assist with tablet-related concerns as needed.
• Maintain an accurate inventory and asset management system, ensuring all resources are accounted for.
• Display strong organizational skills in managing multiple tasks and user requests.
• Uphold strong customer service skills, providing prompt and courteous support to all users.• Entry-level position, no prior work experience required.
• Ability to conduct hardware and software deployments.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems for managing and resolving issues.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office 365 suite of products.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems.
