Qualifications of the Nurse:

  • Med-surg background preferred
  • New to Home Health? We welcome you!
  • New Graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Must hold a valid LPN license in the state of practice
  • Current CPR certification required
  • Willingness to travel to visit adult patients in their homes

Responsibilities of the Nurse:

  • Provide one-on-one patient care in a home environment
  • Deliver specialized nursing care to medically complex patients
  • Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care
  • Promote health through teaching and training for patients and their families
  • Availability to work one weekend per month
