Guglielmo & Associates PLLC is a multi-state debt collection law firm based in Tucson currently seeking an Benefits/HR Administrator Assistant to join our team. We are a nationally recognized law firm looking for the brightest and hardest working talent in the industry to continue it's competitive edge in the market. Background check (credit/criminal) and a drug test is required.

Qualifications:

• Strong computer skills with the use of keyboard shortcuts
• Microsoft office suite with emphasis on Excel
• QuickBooks Desktop
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• Demonstrated problem solving, time management and priority setting skills
• Responsible for monitoring eligibility of benefits.
• Responsible for enrolling eligible employees in company offered benefits
• Set up and maintain confidential personnel employee files and keep files up to date.
• Calendar and communicate annual review notices.
• Assist in onboarding and offboarding employees.
• Experience with Account Payable
• Experience with Bank Recs

Ideal:

• Bi-Lingual (Spanish) preferred
• Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume setting
• Previous experience in billing, finance, or human resources

• $20-$25
