Description:
Responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing all aspects of Cybersecurity IAM related projects, including defining project goals, creating detailed schedules, capturing epic/story/task and milestone updates within Jira, stakeholder communications, reporting on project status, and ensuring successful project delivery on time and within scope.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Gather and document project requirements
• Develop project plans including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Identify and help manage project stakeholders.
• Assist management with resource assignments and tracking.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks, issues, and roadblocks.
• Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders.
• Ensure change management processes are followed by project teams.
• Track project performance, conduct regular project status meetings and provide reports.
• Review project deliverables and ensure quality standards are met.
• Conduct post-project analysis and document lessons learned.
Qualifications:
• Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Business Administration, or other related discipline.
• Experience in the IT industry, including cybersecurity work and stakeholder interaction.
