Position Title : Intern, KCON LA Marketing/Partnerships Compensation Range: $17.28/hr FLSA : Non-Exempt/Part-time Location : Los Angeles, CA Please note this is a 4-6-week internship and is fully on-site in downtown LA (no remote or hybrid). Position Overview: CJ ENM America is seeking a motivated and creative intern to join the Partnerships & Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in entertainment and media, event marketing, sponsorship sales, brand activations, and supporting corporate partners. Responsibilities : Marketing for the new CJ ENM AVOD library and FAST channels on Samsung TV Plus, including the creation of social media content, community management, and fan engagement Supporting marketing and partnership initiatives for 2024 MAMA Awards Create engaging short-form content for social media platforms (TikTok, X/Twitter, Instagram Live). Research and recap reporting for KCON LA 2024, for internal use and sponsors Sales support for KCON LA 2025, including sourcing contacts for new sponsors and agencies, initial outreach, and coordinating sponsorship valuation and packages with HQ 360 team Build and design sponsorship proposal decks Support brand integration deals between brands and HQ studios / Fifth Season, organizing product deliveries for product placement deals and writers rooms Support new agency business, communicating with Korean record labels and talent management companies and sourcing leads for US representation (tours and events, media and marketing opportunities, licensing and merch) Organize and optimize our CRM database, helping execute email and SMS campaigns to drive engagement and conversion during our off-season for KCON Provide general administrative and operational support to the marketing and partnerships team. Qualifications: Recent college grad or currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program with a strong interest in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and comfortable learning new software/platforms Prior internship or experience in marketing, sales, event management or related fields is a plus Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines Self-motivated with a positive and professional attitude CJ ENM AMERICA, Inc.
