En tant que Coordinateur Service Client du département Home, vous serez au cœur de notre activité, orchestrant avec excellence le parcours complet de nos commandes - de leur réception jusqu'à leur livraison. Véritable chef d'orchestre, vous collaborerez avec nos équipes commerciales, logistiques et qualité pour garantir une expérience client irréprochable.
Votre impact au quotidien:
• Pilotage complet du cycle de vie des commandes clients
• Gestion proactive des relations clients et coordination multi-départements
• Suivi personnalisé des dossiers d'export et documentation associée
• Administration des bases de données produits et clients
• Force de proposition pour l'amélioration continue de nos services
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
• Vous avez une expérience significative en gestion import-export
• Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre rigueur et votre excellent sens de l'organisation
• Votre orientation client et votre esprit d'équipe sont naturels
• La maitrise de l'anglais tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral est appréciée
• La connaissance de SAP est un plus
• Vous maîtrisez parfaitement MS Office, particulièrement Excel
