Qualifications

• 6+ Years Managing Production Budgets for Video Projects
• Strong Experience in Scheduling, Permitting, and Production Logistics
• Proven Track Record Booking and Overseeing Crews, Vendors, and Locations
• Knowledge of Insurance, Legal, and Union/Non-Union Guidelines
• Proficiency with Call Sheets, Production Management Software, and Workflow Tools
• Strong Negotiation and Vendor Management Skills
• Ability to Juggle Multiple Productions Simultaneously
• Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills
• Detail-Oriented with Sharp Organizational Abilities

Responsibilities

• Assist in building and complete oversight of detailed production budgets from bidding through wrap.
• Develop and maintain production schedules and call sheets.
• Secure permits, insurance, and all legal/administrative needs for shoots.
• Book crew, vendors, equipment, locations, and handle contract negotiations.
• Monitor on-set operations, resolving issues and keeping projects on time and on budget.
• Manage production invoices, timecards, and expense reports.
• Approve and track all production-related costs, ensuring financial accuracy.
