Marketing Assistant – Real Estate | In-Office (Boynton Beach, FL)

I’m looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join my real estate business in Boynton Beach. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s looking to gain hands-on experience in marketing, content creation, and branding — especially if you’re passionate about real estate, design, and digital strategy.

This is an in-office, entry-level role with room to grow. Some marketing or content experience is a plus, but the right attitude and willingness to learn go a long way.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Digital Marketing & Content Creation

• Design graphics, posts, and templates using Canva
• Help create and plan Instagram Reels, TikToks, and short-form video content
• Assist in filming and editing long-form video content for YouTube, website, and client education (property walkthroughs, local highlights, agent content)
• Support email marketing and newsletters (via Flodesk)
• Assist with Facebook/Instagram ads and performance tracking

Brand Awareness & Online Presence

• Maintain and optimize our Google Business Profile
• Help ensure brand consistency across all platforms
• Contribute to blog posts, PR opportunities, and website updates

Print Marketing & Farming

• Design and coordinate flyers, postcards, and farming materials
• Support open house prep, listing presentations, and signage
• Maintain marketing materials for in-person use and mail campaigns

Client Retention & Experience

• Coordinate client gifting (birthdays, closings, anniversaries)
• Help with review follow-up, testimonials, and feedback systems
• Track and support key touchpoints to keep clients engaged and appreciated

You Might Be a Fit If You:

• Have basic video editing skills (or are excited to learn!)

• Are proactive, adaptable, and eager to grow
• Bonus: Experience with Flodesk, Facebook Ads, or real estate marketing
