Salary Range: $86,650.99 - $134,309.04

What You'll Do:

As a Nurse Clinician, you will:

• Demonstrate advanced knowledge and skills in specialty nursing.
• Develop and apply specialty practice standards to enhance the quality of care for patients and their families.
• Manage complex patient and systems-related issues as an essential advanced practitioner.

Qualifications We’re Looking For:

• Education: Master’s Degree in Nursing (required)
• Certifications: Pediatric Critical Care Certification (preferred), Pediatric Cardiac Care Experience (preferred)
• Demonstrated clinical competence and in-depth knowledge in your specialty area.
• Effective leadership, teaching, research, and communication skills.
• Current RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure upon hire (required).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Pediatric Life Support (PALS) certifications (required); instructor experience is a plus!

Physical Demands:

This role requires:

• Constant standing, walking, talking, and hearing.
• Frequent lifting, carrying, reaching, handling, and grasping.
• Occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling.
