Salary Range: $86,650.99 - $134,309.04

This role is designed for those who have honed their skills through experience and education at the master's or doctoral level, specializing in a specific area of patient care services.

What You'll Do:

As a Nurse Clinician, you will:

• Demonstrate advanced knowledge and skills essential for specialty nursing.
• Be responsible for developing and applying specialty practice standards , ensuring staff development, regulatory compliance, and enhancing the quality of care for patients and their families.
• Play a crucial role in managing complex patient and systems-related issues as an advanced practitioner.

Your Qualifications:

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• Master’s Degree in Nursing (required).
• Pediatric Critical Care Certification (preferred).
• Pediatric Cardiac Care Experience (preferred).
• Demonstrated clinical competence and in-depth knowledge in your specialty area.
• Effective leadership, teaching, research, and communication skills.
• RN - Registered Nurse State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure upon hire (required).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Pediatric Life Support (PALS) certifications (required; instructor experience preferred).

Physical Demands:

This role requires:

• Constant standing and walking.
• Frequent lifting, carrying, and handling.
• Occasional climbing, pushing, and pulling.
• Frequent stooping, kneeling, and crouching.
• Constant talking, hearing, and eye/hand/foot coordination.
