Volt is immediately hiring for an Office Assistant for a company located in Santa Ana Ca. As a Office Assistant you will: Type, complete, and file a variety of departmental documents including letters, forms, shipping and receiving records, purchasing requisitions, and departmental activity reports. Responds to questions concerning departmental and company policies and procedures and the proper completion of office forms. Operates standard office equipment with speed and accuracy such as computer, calculators, photocopi­ers and facsimile equipment. Assists with shipping to outlying offices and outside customers. This is a Full Time Temp-To-Hire Opportunity The ideal candidate will have: Experience working in an aerospace company or manufacturing Solid experience with computer systems and ERP systems Comfortable speaking with customers and vendors via phone and email Ability to stay organized in fast paced environment Effective communication Proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am to 3:30pm Pay Rate: $18-18.50 per hour *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
