You'll oversee a dedicated team, providing guidance and support to ensure they excel in their roles. Key Responsibilities: Overseeing Order Fulfillment: Oversee the order fulfillment process, ensuring accuracy and excellent service. Managing Inventory: Oversee inventory management, ensuring a well-stocked store. Supervising Store Maintenance: Supervise store maintenance, ensuring a clean and smoothly operating store. Leading Sales and Promotional Events: Lead the setup and execution of sales events and promotions. Loss Prevention: Participate in loss prevention efforts, maintaining a safe and secure shopping environment. Qualifications/Experience: Prior leadership experience, preferably in retail operations. Passion for client service and teamwork. Strong communication skills, ability to multitask. Resilience and adaptability to changing store priorities. Flexible availability to work during “peak” retail hours. Consistent and reliable attendance. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
