Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor the paint line to ensure consistent quality and coating of steel rail products
• Package steel rail and fencing materials, including moderately heavy lifting (up to ~50 lbs)
• Assist in operating automatic welding machines (training provided)
• Inspect finished products for quality and compliance with standards
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Collaborate with fellow team members to meet daily production goals
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• 1st shift, 8 hour shifts
• 14.50 an hour

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift and handle moderately heavy materials
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus but not required
• Willingness to learn and operate various types of equipment
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a small team
• Basic mechanical aptitude or welding experience a plus
