We are a fast-paced and growing moving company seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time Office Assistant to support our daily operations. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a small office setting. This position has the potential to grow into a full-time role with opportunities for advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain overall office organization and cleanliness

• Keep accurate and up-to-date inventory records

• Make client follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction and collect feedback

• Answer incoming calls and assist with scheduling (as needed)

• Perform supply runs and local deliveries using personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed)

• Support social media posting and basic content creation

• Assist with other administrative and operational tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Must have a reliable personal vehicle and valid drivers license (mileage will be reimbursed)

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.)

• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and problem-solve

• Prior office experience is a plus but not required
