Job Description

Brand-new Product Owner role focused on cybersecurity and fraud prevention within the retail/ecommerce customer experience space. The org is seeing significant account takeover and ecommerce fraud and is looking to tighten security while maintaining a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities & Requirements

• Cybersecurity product focus – someone who has worked on fraud or security platforms related to online customer experience
• Understands how backend cyber decisions impact the frontend UX
• Work closely with security and fraud teams, especially Heads of Security
• Familiarity with tools like TransUnion, Accertify (fraud) and enterprise security platforms
• Strong understanding of the product owner lifecycle:
• Roadmapping, requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria
• Performance tracking & analytics
• Collaborating closely with dev teams

Qualifications

• Experience in Agile environment
• CSPO certification (Preferred)
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner
• Experience on fraud / cyber security initiatives as a Product Owner
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
