This role will be responsible for purchasing equipment, supplies, materials, and services while working with cross-functional departments. Location : Onsite in Southeast Colorado Springs, CO

Compensation and Benefits : The salary for this position is $80,000-$95,000. Benefits included medical, dental, 401(k) with 3% match, and more.

Responsibilities

• Managing the approved supply base and creating contracts and purchase orders
• Facilitating the request for quotation (RFQ) process
• Partnering with internal teams to understand customer needs and product specifications
• Sourcing, qualifying, and evaluating suppliers
• Negotiating contracts and payment terms and conditions
• Ensuring supplied compliance with performance standards and reviewing performance indicators
• Responsible for complex contract negotiations
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of purchasing experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Oracle (or another ERP)
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Valid Driver’s License required
• Ability to travel as needed
