What youll Do

We're scaling fast in the US, and we're looking for a driven, energetic and motivated Recruiter to help us grow our incredible team. If you have a passion for building relationships and thrive in fast-paced environments, we want to meet you! You'll work hand-in-hand with our Sr Manager - Talent Acquisition to find and attract exceptional talent for our growing US teams - from sales and marketing to product and enablement.

  • Build strong, consultative relationships with hiring managers to deeply understand their team's hiring needs
  • Own and manage full-cycle recruitment processes for a range of roles across departments
  • Source active and passive candidates , finding the best talent in the market to match the job requirements of the business
  • Conduct engaging, insightful screens and assessments that highlight both technical skill and cultural fit , ensuring candidates understand the needs and expectations for the role
  • Act as a brand ambassador - telling Doceree's story in a way that excites and inspires candidates
  • Own candidate communications and provide an exceptional experience from first outreach , coordinating interviews and managing offer stage conversations
  • Keep hiring on track and moving fast while ensuring a first-class candidate experience
  • Help evolve recruitment best practices and processes as we scale
  • Contribute to data-driven recruitment strategies by tracking metrics and reporting on hiring process
  • Champion Doceree's culture, help drive employer branding initiatives , and support broader people projects as we grow
  • Play a key role in Doceree's growth and culture
Who You Are
  • 3+ years of in-house or agency full-cycle recruitment experience ideally in the AdTech , HealthTech or high-growth tech ecosystem
  • Proven success sourcing and hiring top talent across multiple functions, from entry-level to C-Suite candidates
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Energetic , self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Resilient and resourceful , comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
  • Detail-oriented and organised with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously
  • Ambitious individual with growth-mindset , eager to learn and progress quickly in their career
