General Manager Responsibilities and Qualifications:
Minimum of 23 years of experience in restaurant management. (Fast Food preferred)
Proven track record of managing a team and achieving operational and financial goals.
Understanding P&L and how to drive KPIs
Team leadership and development
Customer service excellence
Marketing and Community engagement
General Manager Preferred Background and Skills:
Fast Casual or Fast Food experience
Drive-thru experience
