Position: Sales and Marketing Management Trainee

Location: San Luis Obispo, CA

Pay Rate: Hourly base pay ranging between $17-$22/hr + uncapped commissions, paid weekly. (On-Target Commission Earnings, 48K-57K yearly)

As a Marketing and Sales Management Trainee , you will go through an organic training process and a unique opportunity to learn the ropes of leadership while developing the skills necessary to lead a successful sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Cross-Train : Cross-train in sales, leadership, and management to gain hands-on experience.
• Sales Support : Assist customers in a variety of ways, from product inquiries to finalizing sales, all while providing top-notch service.
• Train New Hires : Become an expert on our products and services to educate and guide new team members effectively in sales training.
• Achieve Goals : Drive sales and maintain your personal weekly records.
• Collaborate : Work closely with your team of sales professionals and management to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

What We're Looking For:

• People-Centric : You love interacting with customers and have a passion for leading others the right way.
• Sales Experience : Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person.
• Leadership Potential : Strong leadership qualities will stand out, can you display the ability to motivate and guide others?
• Excellent Communication : 90% of this role involves communicating, it is important that you are able to effectively build relationships with your team.
