Position Overview:

We're seeking an energetic and motivated SDR/BDR with 1–2 years of experience in cold calling and prospecting within the cybersecurity or IT industry. This role is critical to our growth strategy and is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is hungry to develop in tech sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Make 50–60+ cold calls per day to prospective clients
  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through lead generation, email campaigns, and outbound prospecting
  • Research and understand potential clients’ business challenges and map them to Clarium’s offerings
  • Schedule introductory meetings and demos for senior sales reps and solution engineers
  • Maintain accurate activity records in CRM
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to refine messaging and campaigns

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of BDR/SDR experience in the cybersecurity or broader IT space
  • Proven success with cold calling and outbound prospecting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar is a plus
  • Coachable, curious, and a team player
