CTG is seeking to fill a Salesforce Developer opening for our client in San Francisco, CA. Location: San Francisco, CA Duration: 3 months Duties: Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using both declarative and programmatic approaches. Design, develop, and implement APEX-based functionalities within Salesforce. Build Lightning Web Components (LWC) to create dynamic and responsive web applications. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions. Ensure optimal performance, security, and scalability of the labor planning application. Troubleshoot issues, provide technical support, and recommend solutions as needed. Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and integrate new features when necessary. Skills: Expertise in both declarative (Flow, Process Builder) and non-declarative (APEX, Visualforce) development. Strong proficiency in APEX programming and Salesforce platform best practices. Hands-on experience in developing Lightning Web Components (LWC). Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Experience: Previous experience developing and implementing Salesforce applications. Experience in workforce management or credentialing-related applications (preferred but not required). Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
