Our client, a financial services company, is seeking a Salesforce Developer to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, architects, and QA to deliver robust solutions aligned with business goals.
• Customize and configure Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and other standard platform features.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems and platforms via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
• Maintain code quality, perform unit testing, and follow best practices for secure and scalable development.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, performance bottlenecks, and production bugs in a timely manner.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Stay updated on Salesforce releases and features to recommend enhancements and optimizations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• 3-6 years of hands-on experience developing solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce configuration.
• Experience working with Salesforce integrations, including REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi), and third-party platforms.
• Familiarity with Salesforce security model, sharing rules, and best practices for data governance.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Git, Jenkins, and Salesforce DX is a plus.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Developer II or other certifications (Admin, App Builder) are a plus.
• Experience in the financial services industry is preferred.
• Must be able to work full-time during Pacific Time (PST) business hours.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
