NCW is looking to fill upcoming scaffolding roles working in several of the Colorado resort areas including Telluride and Beaver Creek. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling and dismantling temporary scaffolding structures used in construction, maintenance, or industrial projects. Safety, precision, and teamwork are essential in this role.

Responsibilities

• Construct and dismantle scaffolding structures based on project specifications.
• Collaborate with other construction workers to ensure seamless workflow.
• Utilize hand tools and equipment safely and effectively during the building process.
• Inspect scaffolding for stability and safety compliance before use.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety regulations at all times.

Skills

• Experience with hand tools used in scaffold building and construction.
• Ability to build scaffolding structures that support roofing projects.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly regarding safety measures and structural integrity.
• Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to communicate effectively on-site.
