Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our Development and Capital Planning Applications team. In this pivotal role, you will support the deployment and ongoing enhancement of our applications, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our business. You’ll collaborate with various teams to define functional requirements, configure solutions, and provide essential support.

Essential Duties

• Lead technology projects related to Development and Capital Planning, including implementations and upgrades.
• Gather and manage requirements for optimization initiatives.
• Design and configure solutions that align with best practices.
• Consult with business experts to document requirements effectively.
• Analyze and implement process improvements for operational efficiency.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
• Engage in project activities, providing guidance and training on new features.
• Act as the go-to expert for Development and Capital Planning platforms.
• Support day-to-day operations and resolve technology concerns.
• Create and maintain training materials and standard operating procedures.

Education & Experience Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field.
• Experience:
  • 5+ years as an IT Business Analyst with a focus on Development and Capital Planning solutions.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Agile software development and process optimization.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Travel Requirements

• Willingness to travel as needed, up to 10% during peak periods.

The base salary for this position ranges from $87,000 - $113,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This is just one part of our comprehensive compensation package, which includes various incentives and region-specific benefits.
