About the role The Senior Consultant – NetSuite Functional/Technical Architect is a pivotal member of our delivery team, responsible for designing, architecting, and implementing NetSuite ERP solutions that drive value for our clients. This role blends hands-on NetSuite expertise with project leadership, requiring an individual capable of translating complex business requirements into scalable, sustainable solutions. You will play a lead role in client engagements, guiding both clients and internal teams through end-to-end NetSuite project lifecycles. As critical, we are looking for an individual with strong emotional intelligence and a demonstrated openness to learning. The ideal candidate not only brings deep NetSuite expertise but also the ability and willingness to learn new systems and technologies outside of NetSuite. Describe the role and team the candidate will be joining What you'll do Lead the design, configuration, and customization of NetSuite ERP and other business technology solutions. Assess client needs and translate business requirements into detailed, actionable solution designs. Remain open and eager to learn and work with other business systems as project and client needs evolve. Oversee all aspects of project execution—scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards. Manage project workstreams, ensuring alignment between client objectives and deliverables. Develop project documentation, solution designs, and technical specifications. Client Engagement Act as a primary point of contact for clients during implementations and optimizations. Build trusted relationships, providing guidance and proactive communication throughout the project lifecycle. Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization. Lead and mentor workstream-focused teams, including Consultants, Developers, and Analysts. Provide guidance and direction to ensure successful solution delivery. Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. Quality Assurance & Continuous Learning Uphold high service standards through rigorous quality assurance processes. Demonstrate a commitment to learning new platforms, methodologies, and business processes. Stay current with NetSuite updates and emerging business technologies, continually seeking ways to enhance value for clients.Describe the specific responsibilities and job functions of the role Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience, with a blend of functional and technical expertise. 2-3 years in a management consulting or client-facing role preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications a strong plus. Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies beyond NetSuite. High emotional intelligence, adaptability, and a passion for continuous learning. Proven ability to lead full-cycle ERP implementations, from requirements gathering to go-live and support. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Excellent communication skills; able to present complex solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Demonstrated experience building and maintaining client relationships.
