Job Description

Job Title: Data Analyst III

Location: New York, New York

Duration: 12 Months

The main function of the data analyst would be to empower Business Operations Sales team with actionable data insights. This includes making sense of large amounts of data, building data models, identifying and visualizing data trends. The data analyst will constantly find themselves in the midst of solving business challenges using data.

Must-Have Skills

Data Analytics, operations experience, reporting

Salesforce reporting

Experience with Tableau/Google Studio (Knowledge of R/Python would be a plus)\

SQL, Google Suite

Cross-functional experience

Project management

Preferred:

General knowledge of Finance and Accounting a plus

Digital marketing experience will be preferred

Roles and Responsibilities:

Research, assimilate, and share insights on the industry, competitive landscape, and the business
Identify, track, and model data around key business drivers.
Forecast analysis of invoiced revenue, monthly active business, and ROI impact of commercial incentives for our client partners
Solve complex challenges related to the product, performance, and scale.
Create compelling visual representations of data & automate reports to enhance the consumption and usage of data
Provide actionable data-driven insights and recommendations to relevant teams and suggest detailed execution plans

Qualification & Experience:

Grad/Post-Grad in a quantitative discipline
4-5 years of experience in a data analysis role, in the internet space.
Proficient in MS Office, SQL, Google Suite, and Salesforce reporting
Strong team collaboration skills are a must
General knowledge of Finance and Accounting a plus
Experience with Tableau/Google Studio (Knowledge of R/Python would be a plus)
Basic understanding of digital media space. Digital marketing experience will be preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience working against tight timelines w.r.t. key deliverables
