Overview Senior Presentation Designer/Graphic Designer role at USI Insurance Services . This is a remote position, with optional hybrid flexibility for employees located near a USI office. The Senior Presentation Designer/Graphic Designer is a vital member of our internal creative team, supporting USI’s national employee benefits practice. In this role, you will create visually compelling presentations and proposal documents that effectively communicate our employee benefit solutions to both prospective and existing clients. You will play a key part in supporting business development, client retention, and strategic communications by elevating how we present our insights, services, and strategies. You’ll collaborate closely with sales, account management, and marketing teams to produce brand-consistent materials tailored to our professional audience and aligned with USI’s corporate identity. Responsibilities Design and build advanced PowerPoint presentations and pitch decks to support national and regional sales efforts, client renewals, and executive-level meetings. Translate complex benefit plans and insurance products into visually engaging and easy-to-understand materials. Ensure all deliverables adhere to USI’s established brand standards, maintaining consistency in typography, layout, color palette, and overall visual style. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, consultants, marketing, subject matter experts) to understand communication needs and develop tailored visual solutions. Manage multiple design projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment, consistently delivering high quality, detail-oriented work under tight deadlines. Continuously improve templates, streamline creative processes, and enhance internal asset libraries. Act as brand ambassador, maintaining visual consistency across all projects and communications. Support additional creative and branding initiatives for the employee benefits team, which may include digital and social media content, infographics, sales tools, reports, email marketing, and interactive content development. Maintain proactive communication and project management practices to ensure alignment with internal stakeholders and timely delivery of materials. Qualifications 4–7 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in-house at a corporate, consulting, or financial services organization. Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience preferred. Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint required, including use of master slides, custom graphics, and visual storytelling techniques. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop). Experience with After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus. Strong formatting skills in Microsoft Word and Excel for professional documents and proposals. Knowledge of web design or the Ceros platform preferred but not required. Solid understanding of layout design, typography, brand systems, and visual hierarchy. Exceptional attention to detail and demonstrated ability to produce polished, client-ready materials under tight deadlines. Ability to simplify and visually communicate technical or complex topics, including insurance, benefits, finance, and healthcare. Proven ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and clearly communicate with non-designers. Excellent organizational skills, capable of prioritizing tasks and adapting to shifting project demands. Portfolio demonstrating a range of PowerPoint presentations and marketing collateral, ideally targeting professional services or B2B audiences.
