**Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Specialist**
**Job Description**
As a part of the Warehouse team, the Shipping and Receiving Specialist is responsible for preparing outgoing shipments and receiving incoming shipments. The role involves verifying and keeping records on incoming and outgoing shipments and preparing items for shipment. Key responsibilities include comparing identifying information and counts, weighing or measuring items of shipments, determining methods of shipment, affixing labels, assembling containers, and utilizing shipping software. The position also involves placing stock parts on shelving racks, unpacking and examining incoming shipments, notifying personnel regarding damages or shortages, examining outgoing shipments, and maintaining inventory of shipping materials and supplies.
