About the job Shipping Specialist


We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Shipping Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role involves managing international shipping processes, utilizing FedEx online systems, and ensuring accurate order fulfillment.

Responsibilities include:

• Process international shipments, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and documentation requirements.
• Utilize FedEx online systems to generate shipping labels and track packages.
• Pick and scan orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Utilize barcoding systems for order tracking and inventory management (a plus).
• Perform general warehouse duties, including organizing and maintaining a clean work area.
• Utilize PC skills for data entry and shipping related tasks.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Experience with international shipping procedures.
• Proficiency in using FedEx online systems.
• Basic PC skills and data entry experience.
• Experience with picking and scanning orders.
• Knowledge of barcoding systems (a plus).
• Ability to lift and move packages as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable and punctual.

Shift:

• 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay:

• $19.50 - $20.00 per hour
