Technical Sales Support Specialist - Bulk Material Handling Equipment

We are partnered with a leading provider of bulk material handling equipment , serving the mining industry. We are seeking a Technical Sales Support Specialist to provide expertise, guidance, and support to the sales team and customers.
What You'll Do:
✅ Assist the sales team with technical inquiries, product selection, and application support.
✅ Provide technical guidance to customers regarding equipment capabilities, specifications, and integration.
✅ Develop and deliver product presentations, training, and demonstrations.
✅ Work closely with engineering and product development teams to address customer needs.
✅ Prepare technical proposals, cost estimates, and documentation.
✅ Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns related to product application and performance.
✅ Maintain knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and new technologies.
What We're Looking For:
🔹 Experience: 3+ years in technical sales support, engineering, or a related role in bulk material handling, industrial equipment, or heavy machinery.
🔹 Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field (preferred but not required with relevant experience).
🔹 Technical Skills: Understanding of apron feeders, rotary car dumpers and stacker reclaimers
🔹 Communication: Strong ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
🔹 Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose issues and recommend solutions effectively.
🔹 Travel: Willingness to travel occasionally for site visits, trade shows, and customer support.
