Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping people succeed? We’re looking for a Training Coordinator to join our team and keep our employee training programs running smoothly.

In this role, you’ll make sure employees get the right training at the right time, from safety and compliance courses to new hire onboarding and professional development. You’ll partner with HR, department leaders, and external trainers to ensure everything is scheduled, communicated, and tracked so our team stays compliant and prepared.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate & Schedule Training – Plan and manage safety, compliance, technical, and professional development training sessions. Handle calendars, invitations, and logistics.
  • Support New Hires – Organize onboarding sessions, orientations, and required training checklists.
  • Track & Report – Maintain accurate records of employee training, certifications, and compliance in our LMS and reporting tools.
  • Be a Resource – Act as the go-to person for training questions, registration, and follow-up.
  • Prepare Materials – Help update and distribute presentations, handouts, and resources.
  • Work with Vendors – Coordinate with external trainers, manage registrations, and handle billing/documentation.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

  • 2+ years in training coordination, administrative support, or a similar role
  • Experience with LMS platforms, spreadsheets, or databases for tracking training
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with onboarding processes, compliance, or safety training
  • Background in manufacturing, field service, construction, or industrial environments
