This Traveling Sales Trainer role will oversee the training and development of sales teams across our 17 locations in New York, Indiana, Florida, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine, ensuring they achieve optimal performance. The Sales Trainer will motivate and coach sales teams, creating and implementing sales training strategies, and promoting a positive culture through engaging training activities, ongoing coaching, and the development of comprehensive training programs. The role requires frequent travel to each location, as well as conducting regular virtual training sessions. Results must be met. Our comprehensive training program (paid) will ensure your level of knowledge is a cut above the average performer, and it is your responsibility to sharpen your skills and knowledge to become the best of the best through your own ongoing personal development. This role has On-Target Earnings between $90-150k/annually based on performance. Reports to: District/Regional Manager FLSA: Full Time | Exempt | Salary + Bonus (Uncapped) Location: Multiple locations (NY, IN, FL, MA, NH, ME) Key Responsibilities: Sales Focus: Drive sales performance and push numbers across all locations. Training Excellence: Conduct weekly and daily training sessions via Zoom and in-person, ensuring thorough product knowledge and sales techniques. Onboarding & Retention: Oversee the onboarding process and work to retain top talent by continuously motivating and developing our sales reps. Monthly Check-Ins: Visit each store monthly to provide hands-on training and support. KPI Improvement: Collaborate with upper management to improve KPIs through innovative training initiatives and programs. Training Materials: Develop comprehensive training materials, write SOPs, and design effective training curricula. Motivation & Leadership: Inspire and motivate sales teams to achieve and exceed sales goals. Collaboration: Work closely with upper management to align training programs with company goals. Qualifications: Proven experience in sales training and development. Strong track record of driving sales and improving KPIs. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to travel frequently to multiple locations. Proficient in creating training materials and designing curricula. Ability to motivate and inspire sales teams.
