Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Videographer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in capturing high-quality video content, possess strong editing skills, and be able to tell a compelling visual story. The Videographer will work closely with the creative team to produce videos that meet our company's objectives and resonate with our audience.
Key Responsibilities: - Capture high-quality video content for various projects
- Plan and set up video shoots, including lighting and audio equipment
- Edit raw footage and stock video into polished, engaging videos
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop video concepts
- Partner with the creative team in selecting stock video footage, sounds, and music
- Manage video archives and organize footage
- Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices
- Operate and maintain video equipment
- Conduct interviews and capture b-roll footage as needed
- Assist in the development of video strategies
Qualifications: - Advanced working knowledge and skill of professional field with ability to function as a subject matter expert for other staff
- Bachelor's degree in film, media, or a related field preferred or equivalent experience in related field
- 7 years of work experience beyond degree
Skills and Abilities: - Proven experience as a videographer or in a similar role
- Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects
- Strong understanding of camera operation, lighting, and audio equipment
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail
- Knowledge of motion graphics and visual effects
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus
- Experience with project management tools such as Robohead is a plus
- Experience shooting photography is a plus
This position is a Hub role, which requires an employee to occasionally come onsite to the designated office - Minnetonka, MN - for applicable heads-up work. Frequency is determined by business need as decided by leadership.
The full salary range for this position is $77,100 - $132,200. Annual salary range placement will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, applicable certifications and/or licensure, the position's scope and responsibility, internal pay equity and external market salary data.
