The CEO will provide organizational leadership, financial oversight, and operational excellence, ensuring that NRHC continues to thrive, innovate, and serve its patients effectively. Qualifications & Experience: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field (Master’s preferred). Experience: Minimum of 3 years of executive leadership experience in healthcare, preferably in an FQHC, community health center, or rural healthcare setting. Knowledge of: FQHC regulations, HRSA compliance, healthcare finance, risk management, and community health programs. Skills: Strong financial acumen, strategic planning, operational leadership, and ability to build lasting relationships.
