Yozi Search and Selection is proud to collaborate an exciting leader in spinal Implants committed to delivering highly differentiated products that enable improved and less invasive solutions for spine surgeons and their patients.

We are looking to bring on a highly motivated District Sales Manager to drive sales of our spinal hardware and biologics in the South Florida (Miami) region. This role is ideal for a seasoned sales professional with 5+ years of experience in spinal hardware, currently working as either a direct sales representative or a sales manager looking to take the next step in their career

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Business Development : Drive sales by building and expanding relationships with spine surgeons and distributors in the district.
• Case Coverage : Provide surgical case coverage as needed, ensuring seamless product support for surgeons.
• Distributor Collaboration : Partner with local distributors t o increase product adoption among existing and new customers
• Revenue Generation : The candidate is expected to bring in a minimum of $500K in new sales annually.

Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in spinal hardware sales.
• Existing relationships with spine surgeons in South Florida are highly preferred.
• Proven track record of territory growth, strong sales performance, and case coverage experience.
• Ability to work independently and expand market share within the assigned district.
• Experience in managing distributor relationships is a plus.

Compensation

• Targeted total income : $150K - $200K (based on experience and performance).
• Car Allowance: Up to $600 per month
