Position: Epic Revenue Cycle Project Manager
Location: Remote/Raleigh-Durham, NC (Online preferred)
Client: State of North Carolina
Duration: 12+ Months

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Epic Revenue Cycle Project Manager to oversee the planning and implementation of a new Electronic Health Record system. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment and possess strong leadership skills to manage project expectations and deliverables effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project scope, schedule, and quality for the Revenue Cycle EHR build team.
• Engage with executives and stakeholders to define and execute project requirements.
• Lead effective project meetings and communicate status updates consistently.
• Identify and resolve system and business process issues with innovative solutions.
• Maintain all necessary project documentation and reporting in alignment with state requirements.

Required Skills:

• Epic certification in at least one Revenue Cycle application (7+ years).
• Experience in EHR revenue cycle applications and clinical healthcare IT projects (5+ years).
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to create complex project plans (7+ years).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities (7+ years).
• Proven experience in leading teams and managing legacy system replacements (5+ years).
