Job Description
Role : Part-Time IT Client Hardware Support Specialist. Help Desk Support
Day-to-day responsibilities : inventory tasks, helpful, configuration, staging for deployment, IT support. 150 open tickets, laptops to be deployed, disposing retired equipment as well. Inventory type work, very basic help desk level work – open to a highschooler level candidates. Boulder vs. Louisville – more in Louisville Boulder is more old hardware that has been stashed away – can be later part of the project.
Work Hours : 1 day a week for 2-3 months. Open to more than 1 day a week as well. i.e. 2-3 days a week for a shorter amount of time. Flexible on times worked.
8-5pm time frame. Open to weekends if needed.

Attention to detail – don’t want errors.
Ability to understand basic instructions.
Basic IT Skills for the help desk side of things
