Job Description

A K-12 school in the Bothell/Lake Stevens, WA area is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide essential speech and language services for students. This is a contract position lasting through the school year, ideal for professionals with credentials such as SLP - CCC, SLP - CFY, or School SLP certification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language assessments for students of varying ages and abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support communication needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to monitor student progress.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of therapy sessions and evaluations.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to student education plans.

Desired Qualifications:

• Certification as an SLP - CCC, SLP - CFY, or School SLP license.
• Experience working within school districts, specializing in pediatric speech-language pathology.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, families, and school personnel.
• Knowledge of current speech therapy practices and educational compliance standards.
