Sr. Salesforce Developer (Service Cloud)

Description:

Senior hands-on Salesforce Developer responsible for Service Cloud projects.
- Work onsite in Fremont, CA.
- Collaborate with business users and be involved in architectural discussions.
- Focus areas include Omni Channel, Service Console, Complex Flows, and Reporting Dashboards.
- Handle environments with multiple roles and 1000+ agents.
- Opportunity to contribute to big tech oriented projects.

Requirements:

Requirements:
- Senior-level hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Prior experience interacting with business users and architecture teams
- Expertise with Omni Channel, Service Console, Complex Flows, and Reporting Dashboards
- Experience in environments with multiple roles and over 1,000 agents
- Background with large technology companies (Dell, Amazon, Google, etc.) is a strong plus
- Good communication skills are highly valued
